Dysport Cosmetic is in a class of drugs called “neuromodulators”. It is a purified protein that temporarily relaxes the muscle contraction that causes wrinkles in the face. Over time, this wears off and the muscle returns to it’s previous state. With repeated injections over time, wrinkles will disappear or soften, often helping prevent permanent lines.
